This Privacy Policy explains how Baxter Labs LLC (“Baxter Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the public Baxter Labs website, including baxterlabs.io and related public pages, forms, and features operated by Baxter Labs.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the public website and communications initiated through the website.
It does not govern personal information or other data processed by Baxter Labs on behalf of clients in connection with paid consulting, implementation, automation, software development, support, or other services. Those activities may be governed by separate agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements, or other written contracts.

Service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to Baxter Labs and are subject to the agreements, terms, privacy obligations, and legal requirements applicable to them.

7. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signal.
Baxter Labs does not currently engage in cross-site behavioral advertising or sell personal information collected through the website. Accordingly, browser Do Not Track signals do not currently change how Baxter Labs processes information through the website.
We do not authorize third-party advertising networks to use the Baxter Labs website to track visitors across unrelated websites for behavioral advertising.
Service providers involved in hosting, security, communications, or other website operations may process technical information as necessary to provide those services.
Where applicable law requires Baxter Labs to recognize a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal for a particular processing activity, Baxter Labs will do so with respect to activities subject to that requirement.

The Baxter Labs website is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

18. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the Baxter Labs public website and information collected through public website interactions.
It does not replace or modify privacy, confidentiality, security, or data-processing obligations contained in a separate written agreement between Baxter Labs LLC and a client, vendor, partner, employee, contractor, or other party.
Where a separate written agreement governs a particular processing activity, that agreement will control with respect to that activity to the extent provided in the agreement.
